The flat cutting edge /flute of the two-edge/flute end mill provides precise and sharp cuts, resulting in smooth surfaces and precise dimensions of the workpiece.
3-edge flat-head end mills are designed for effective material removal and smooth chip removal in roughing and finishing operations, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
The cutting speed of the 3-edge/flute flat end mill can reach 3-5 times that of ordinary high-speed steel tools. This allows the same parts to be processed and the processing time is greatly reduced.
